RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in El Segundo, CA that is seeking an AP Analyst.Responsibilities:- The AP Analyst will be responsible for all Vendor Master additions and change requests; All additions and changes must be in compliance with the Accounts Payable SLA
- Responsible for the Vendor Master Database data cleansing project as assigned; This includes validating data, vendor information, and remit information; Also includes searching for duplicate vendors and making changes within the Vendor Master as needed
- Work with management and Purchasing to develop a streamlined process for vendor master
- Responsible for all corporate Fed Ex account management, adding new accounts as needed and updating accounts to be included in EDI billing
- The AP Analyst is responsible for compiling ad-hoc reports as required by management
- Other duties or projects as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of AP experience
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced Excel experience (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Understanding of end to end AP transactions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
