Job Description:
This role involves crafting a narrative around customer behavior through their search and browse shopping experiences, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement and innovation. The individual will consult with the Implementations group on analytics requirements and help define or adjust metrics as needed.

Success in this Role:
A successful candidate will dive into complex analytical problems, ensuring accuracy and clarity in understanding. They will collaborate across multiple teams to tell a cohesive story about activities in Search, Product Cards, or PDPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the client's division as a Savings and Loyalty Analyst.
• Build dashboards using Adobe and Power BI.
• Extract data from corporate and division systems as needed.
• Perform key analyses as required.
• Maintain store and department-level databases.
• Develop and maintain savings estimate models and databases for stores and departments.
• Ensure rollouts and best practices align with the Customer 1st strategy.
• Demonstrate leadership within the team and during activities.
• Create management capabilities and processes for continuous improvement.
• Summarize and communicate analyses, providing best practice recommendations to business owners and teams.
• Travel to divisions and stores to observe, create performance measurements, and summarize observations.
