Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ADP Project Manager:

- Lead and manage project implementation for a subset of countries, which may involve GlobalView or Celergo depending on your qualifications and experience
- Advocate for client needs, leveraging your ADP knowledge to develop effective solutions
- Navigate between high-level project oversight and tactical execution, such as testing coordination
- Maintain flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills for ADP Project Manager:

- Proven experience with ADP systems, preferably GlobalView and/or Celergo
- Strong project management and implementation skills
- Knowledge of Workday and Kronos integration with ADP
- Experience in Change Management
- Excellent communication skills
