Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will be essential in supporting our team by overseeing administrative tasks, managing case management systems, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and experience in administrative roles.

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main coordinator for our case management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information and documents.
  • Efficiently perform data entry tasks, maintaining precise records of client files and case information.
  • Oversee the digital uploading of client documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
  • Prepare and dispatch correspondence and other documents, meeting deadlines and following procedural guidelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact with service providers, ensuring the timely delivery of documents and services to relevant parties.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including appointment scheduling, calendar management, and meeting organization.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing documents, including briefs, reports, and contracts.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive client information and documents.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles within a professional environment.
  • Strong data entry abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Range:
  • $25-$27 per hour
