Job Description:
POSITION: Part-Time Accounting and QuickBooks Instructor: Center for Adult Education; Lawrence Campus (420 Common St); up to 8 hours/week
SCHEDULE: Current Schedule is Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm - 9:00pm
SUMMARY: Instruct students in the following QuickBooks topics: chart of accounts, list of vendors, items, customers, cash sales, invoicing, payments, deposits, bank reconciliation, bill payments, credit cards and other liabilities, class usage, 1099 reporting, sales tax, utilities including importing and exporting files and various back up choices, budgeting, forecasting, journal entries and creating reports and graphs
