Account Service Coordinator

Location: Must be within 50 miles of Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, or Costa Mesa, CA.

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.

How you will make an impact:

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
• Makes routine account visits.
• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Sales license required but will allow 90 days upon hire to obtain
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $61,364 -$92,046
