Job SummaryThe
Account Manager, AV (Associate Vendor) will support the Account Managers of Managed Services Program (MSP) clients for the Travel Allied Division. The AV Account Manager's primary responsibility will be cultivating and maintaining relationships with the affiliate vendor network, managing the Vendor Management System (VMS) technologies, and internal processes that help support the Managed Services Program (MSP) clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Run communication with the Associate Vendors regarding open orders, candidate supply, confirmed clinicians, contracts, and extensions.
- Owns Associate Vendor candidate profiles in the technologies, ensuring they fit the position appropriately before sending them to the client/Account Manager (Pre-screening the Associate Vendor profiles).
- Manage the file flow and placement status for associate vendor submissions in the technology and handle communication between the Associate Vendor, account manager, and client.
- Provides primary client coverage when the account manager is out of the office. Establish and maintain client relationships due to coverage responsibility. Coverage responsibilities include but are not limited to internal file flow management, recruiter communication, and weekly client calls.

QualificationsEducation & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$19.50 - $24.25 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
